Members of the Board of Trustees are members of Point West Rotary Club in good standing. Except for the current president and immediate past president of the Point West Rotary Club, both of whom serve as trustees automatically, all trustees are nominated by the previous Board of Trustees and appointed by the Point West Rotary Club Board of Directors.

Each trustee serves a two-year year term, although there is no limit to the number of terms an individual may serve. The Board of Trustees annually elects from its ranks a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
