Margaret B. Walton Margaret Walton is certified as a Family Law Specialist of by the State Bar of Calofornia. She has practice family law since 1983, and founded her own, Law Offices of Margaret B. Walton, in 1983. Since 1991, Margaret has served as a Judge Pro Tem for family law settlement conferences in Sacramento County. In this capacity, she has presided over scores of hearings that have resulted in divorcing couples and their legal counsel reaching settlement agreements without need of a trial.
